My management competency is one area of business I feel like I'm always in need of improving. In my 20's, effective management was so elusive and important to me to get right that I spent tens-of-thousands of dollars hiring management coaches and various experts to teach me the ropes in running a successful corporation. Since my nature is to create systems for everything to make life and business easier, I'll share some of strategies I use to manage effectively.
